Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Agnes Scott College and a Master of Education degree from North Georgia College and State University. She is certified to teach, and is a member of the National Storytelling Network, the Youth Educators and Storytellers Alliance, and the Southern Order of Storytellers.
